Job Description
This position is a job share role responsible for administrative and business operations. This position will report directly to the Executive Manager and will be responsible for delivering the key strategic administrative functions of the Learning Centre. This position requires the incumbent to work side by side, as required, with all QE staff to ensure a professional and well organised system.

Demonstrated experience in admin and reception duties.

Ideally demonstrate understanding of Learning Centres

Tertiary qualification

High level verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisation & planning skills

High level digital skills with experience using Microsoft systems, social media platforms, excel and various digital evaluation platforms

WWC check (mandatory)

Tutor
Job Description
Based in Melbourne's Southeast, Quantum Education strives to provide creative and inspirational lessons across a variety of subjects, including maths, English, EAL and science for primary and secondary students. QE has been recognised for its expertise in mathematics training at advanced levels.
We are seeking experienced tutors who enjoy working with motivated students at various levels. Subjects include Maths, English and other major VCE subjects.
Responsibilities

Teach small groups of 4-8 people for two-hour sessions, in addition to some one-on-one tutoring

Design curricular content and activities
-
Record student progress and conduct assessments
-
Liaise with program coordinator to develop tailored programs
-
Interact positively with students to promote a fun, friendly learning environment
You will need/are:
-
Passionate about teaching and sharing ideas
-
Excellent communication skills
-
A tertiary language qualification or current university student
-
ATAR Scored 98 or higher in VCE or equivalent
-
Reliable and able to lead classes and work unsupervised
-
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings on weekdays and during the day at weekends
-
Prior teaching experience is preferred
